EXCHANGE OR RETURN ITEMS

In the unlikely case you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can exchange or return it within 30 days. We only accept items in their original condition, unused and with the original packaging.

Return shipping costs are at your own expense. At WOOBI., sustainability is key. Therefore, we strive to make our packaging and shipping as sustainable as possible. Returns are very harmful to the environment. To make your ordering process as conscious as possible, we have chosen to charge you for the return costs. This way, we hope to encourage you to order exactly what you need. 

If you're unsure about the size, check out our size guide. If you happen to have ordered the wrong size and want to exchange your item for a different size, we will cover the shipping costs and provide you with a shipping label.

Don't have an account yet? Create one with the email address you received your order confirmation on. Once you've logged in, you'll see your recent orders. Click 'View' next to the order you want to return items from. You'll see an overview of the relevant order. Click the 'Return items' button in the bottom right to create your return. Indicate which items you want to return by selecting the quantity in the drop-down menu. Leave the quantity of items you want to keep at 0. In the next step, indicate the reason for the return and select the desired action. Click 'Submit' in the bottom right. WOOBI. will process your return request.

Once your return request has been approved, you'll receive a message from us.

EXCHANGING AN ITEM OR RECEIVING A REFUND

Once we've processed your return, you'll receive a message from us. We'll then send you the replacement item as soon as possible. Or, if applicable, the purchase amount will be refunded within 7 days via the same payment method you used to pay.
