Did you choose to pick up your order in Amsterdam? As soon as your order is ready for pick up, you will receive an e-mail from us where we explain you how to easily and quickly make a pick up appointment.



You are important to us! That is why we take the shipping costs on our account when you place an order with a value equal to or higher than € 50.00 and choose to have your order delivered within the Netherlands. Are you placing a smaller order? No problem of course! We will then charge a portion of the shipping costs when you choose to have your package delivered.

For shipping within the Netherlands: did you place your order on a working day? Then your order will be handed over to a bicycle courier the next working day, as a principle. Did you place your order on the weekend? Then we will hand over your order to a bicycle courier on the next working day, and your package will be delivered to your doorstep on the following working day.




Your order will be delivered as much as possible by bike by Cycloon. In case you live in an area where Cycloon does not yet operate, your package will be delivered by a partner service.



WOOBI. collaborates with Cycloon, the green and social delivery expert in the Netherlands. Your items are collected from the WOOBI. warehouse by a bicycle courier. The bicycle courier brings them to a Cycloon hub, a location on the edge of the city. From the hub, your package is transported by a green gas car either to the sorting center in the correct city or with a car courier partner. This only happens at addresses outside cities where Cycloon does not yet operate. The packages from the hub to the Cycloon sorting center are transported by postal employees, 85% of whom were distant from the job market. In the sorting center, the packages are sorted by the city of delivery. Your package is transported to the city of delivery by a green gas car. Here, a bicycle courier takes over the package again and delivers it to you, including a smile!



Cycloon delivers your package between 5:00 PM and 10:00 PM because this is the time when most people are already at home. During the day, many people work or are in school. By delivering packages in the evening, we increase the chance that we will not find a closed door, and you can quickly enjoy your order!

If it doesn't work out so well that one evening when we come, you can change the delivery day in your Track & Trace via 'change delivery' (‘bezorging wijzigen’).



Absolutely! Once your order is placed and delivered by Cycloon, you will receive an email with a Track & Trace code. Enter this code here and check the status of your order.



You can change the delivery address via your Track & Trace by clicking the 'adjust delivery' button (‘bezorging aanpassen’). This is only possible if Cycloon delivers the package by bike to you, and the new address is close to the old address. If you don't see the 'adjust delivery' button in your Track & Trace, your package has already been scheduled, and unfortunately, it's no longer possible.

In case your package will be delivered by DHL, you cannot change your delivery address. You can choose to have your package delivered to a DHL Parcelshop though.



You can change the delivery time with Cycloon as long as your package has not yet been scheduled on a route. Click on "adjust delivery" in your Track & Trace.

In case you don't see this option, your package has already been scheduled and unfortunately changing the delivery time won't be possible.



In case you are not at home when your packages arrives at your door, the courier will try to deliver your package to your neighbors. This increases the chance that the package will be received and you can enjoy your order as soon as possible. You will then find a note in your mailbox stating where you can pick up your package. If it is not possible to deliver at your neighbors, the courier will try again on the next working day. If delivery is not successful after three attempts, your package will be returned to the WOOBI. Warehouse and we will send it once again.
